The Rules.

One

Use English in the channel - since English is the language understood by most people.

Two

We don't support file-sharing/downloading. So don't ask.

Three

Do not private message people without asking them in the channel first - AND getting permission, Obviously.

Four

Refrain from swearing and foul language.

Five

Don't Spam - Do not post links to any websites in the channel unless you have asked an operator and have been given permission.
- Don't assume that because the operators post help links that you can too. This is not the case.

Six

No invites to other channels and no advertising of channels.
-This includes typing /Join #MyChannel or saying #Mychannel is the best. There are several ways to spam, And none of them are tollerated.

Seven

No scripts - for example scripts that reply on !ping, !seen and so on.
- Also no MP3 scripts that show which tune you are playing ... No one cares!

Eight

Limit your use of colors and bold text.

Nine

Don't continually speak with ALL CAPS. It's considered shouting and is rude..

Ten

No flooding - There is no need for repeating yourself.

Eleven

No clones - Not more than 1 client per person in the channel without permission.

Twelve

No begging for ops (@-status) and voice (+ status).

Thirteen

Respect your fellow chatters. We don't tolerate discrimination of gender, nationality, religion or sexuality.

Fourteen

Be a nice and talkative. Chatter and enjoy your stay in #beginner. We want you to feel at home, But respect that its our home too, So treat us nicely.

Fifteen

No Disrespecting #beginner Ops: They have earned their position due to their contributions to the channel.
- Also interferring with an Op in the performance of their duties will result in your removal.

Sixteen

No celebrating when a person is kicked or banned.
